First Ever English Torah Scroll in History being written!

AM ECHAD has completed the first ever English Torah Scroll Book of Genesis Purim 5771. A sopher from Israel is writing our Torah according to Halacha and in keeping with the same rules and requirements of a Hebrew Sepher Torah. While Queen Esther could not revive ancient Zionism and rebuild the second Temple, it was Ezra the Scribe who established public readings of the Torah and did so in the vernacular using a Targum Torah, a translated carefully written Torah on Kosher klaf and written by a devoted scribe of Israel. Join Am Echad as it completes this first Torah by Septemeber 2012 where, im yertseh Hashem, we will read the English Torah, from beginning to end, non-stop, in New York at Ground Zero.
World Torah Centre Library
Am Echad is planning to continue in October 2012 to begin writing a second Torah in French, followed by, Russian, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese, Chinese, and Indian.  Please support the Am Echad World Wide Torah Lending Library of Torah Scrolls that will be permanently on loan for Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations, worldwide and for sacred inter-faith and inter-governments events, working towards world peace and the respect of the One People, Am Echad, that must share and respect our home planet Earth.
